Complete Refinishing
Church Interiors, Inc. offers complete church furniture refinishing. This costs less than new pews, church chairs, courtroom benches, and pulpits of the same quality. Our craftsmen come to your church and completely disassemble and transport your furniture to our refinishing facility. Many churches have original solid wood furniture that has historical significance. Restoring the original furniture preserves the historical integrity of the sanctuary.
On-Site Refinishing
Our craftsmen have perfected this quick and cost effective process. Your existing church furniture will be chemically cleaned on-site prior to the refinishing process. Our process is meticulous and involves several steps until a final coat of polyurethane is applied. This process will provide a new permanent finish that will protect and preserve your chancel furniture and pews, church chairs, courtroom benches, and pulpits.
Light refinishing has its limitations. It is not appropriate for pews that have sunlight damage, excessive scratches and water damage. Light refinishing cannot be used to change the stain color. However, light refinishing is a very cost effective process to enhance the existing appearance and extend the life of your pews, church chairs, courtroom benches, and pulpits. Light refinishing is a permanent process. The finish can be done on-site without interruption of church services.
